168. Inspection of works and institutions by Government officers.
- Any work or institution constructed or maintained or any programme undertaken, in whole or in part, at the expense of the Development Authority, all registers, books, accounts or other documents relating thereto shall, at all times, be open to inspection by such officers of the State Government as that Government may appoint in this behalf.
