Section 32(1) in United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934
(1)No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except upon complaint made by order of the [State Government]1 or by the Council with the previous sanction of the [State Government] [Substituted by the A. O. 1950 for (Provincial Government).]
