These rules shall apply to all members of the teaching staff of the State aided educational institution of the following categories run either by local body or by private management and recognised and aided by the State education department:(i)Primary Schools;(ii)Junior High Schools;(iii)Higher Secondary Schools;(iv)Degree Colleges.
