Section 10(1) in The Rail Land Development Authority (Development of Land and Other Works) Regulations, 2012
(1)A feasibility study and market survey shall be carried out by the Authority for each land to assess the revenue potential of the land and to select the best model of development from the point of view of revenue generation.
