64. The payment of purchase price to the landowner or intermediary to be full discharge.
- The payment of purchase price or the value of encumbrance, maintenance or alimony to the landowner or intermediary or other person entitled thereto in the manner specified in Section 63 shall be a full discharge of the liability for payment of purchase price to the landowner and the intermediaries, and no further claims for payment of purchase price shall lie.
