1. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 10.02.2014 passed by this Court disposing of the writ petition being SBCWP No.7848/2012- Officer-in-Charge, Zoological Survey of India Vs. Deepak Kumar, the compliance has been made on 01.07.2014 and the respondent/workman, namely, Deepak Kumar has been reinstated backin service with back wages as directed by this S.B. CIVIL MISC. APPLICATION No.91/2014 in S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION No.7848/2012 Officer-in-Charge, Zoological Survey of India Vs. Deepak Kumar Order dated 13/01/2015 2/2 Court, however, in view of slight delay, which has occasioned in compliance of the order, the same may be condoned.

2. In view of compliance made, the delay in compliance of the order up-to 01.07.2014 is condoned. The misc. application is, accordingly, disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned parties forthwith.
