Section 16(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder the Council may make regulations providing for-(a)the times and places at which meetings of the Council shall be held,(b)the issue of notices convening such meetings,(c)the conduct of business at such meetings,(d)the constitution, powers, duties and procedure of special committees,(e)the conditions subject to which a name.struck off from the register on cancellation of registration or otherwise may be re-entered therein.
