Section 234(2) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(2)No building worker employed in building or other construction work shall be required or allowed to work continuously for more than 5 hours unless he has an interval of rest of not less than half-an-hour.
