Duty of officials of all departments and local bodies to assist.- Officials of all departments of the Government and of all local bodies shall be legally bound to assist any Prohibition [any Executive Magistrate or Police or Special Enforcement Bureau Officer] [Substituted 'or Police Officer' by Act No. 18 of 2020.] in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
