Section 9(a) in Rules under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
(a)prepare and certify a return in Form D annexed to these Rules setting forth-(i)the names of the candidates for whom valid votes have been given;(ii)the number of valid votes given for each candidate;(iii)the number of votes declared invalid and rejected; and(iv)the name of or names of the person or persons declared duly elected;
