Section 26(b) in First Statutes of the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy, 2018
(b)The Indemnification provided by or pursuant to these Statutes shall continue as to a person who has ceased to be a trustee, officer or member of the Investment Board or other indemnified person and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors or administrators of such a person.
