Section 2(iv) in Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972
(iv)"Superintendent" means the Superintendent of the Jail wherein the convicts to be sent to the Open Camp on that date are confined and includes a Deputy Superintendent, Incharge of District Jail.
