The sketch of the school building and of any additions to such building shall give full information regarding the superficial and cubic space of the building, and of each room in it. It shall also show the exact position o f doors, windows, stairs etc. The sketch shall be certified as correct by the person who has prepared it. The sketch of an old building submitted for purposes of recognition shall also be accompanied by a certificate from the person who has prepared it to the effect that the building is in a state of good repair.
