Section 25 in Arunachal Pradesh Land and Ecological Sites (Protection and Management) Act, 2018
25. Interpretation.
- If any question arises as to the interpretation of the provision of Act or the rules made thereunder, the same shall be referred to the Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
