Section 278(2)(iii) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005

(iii)If the Secretary or officer authorised by him is satisfied that the person who has applied for the financial assistance is entitled for such benefit he may sanction the amount.
