Section 5(3) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(3)Any person desiring to sell tendu leaves may sell them to the aforesaid Government Officer or agent at any depot situated within the said unit:Provided that the State Government, the Government Officer or agent shall not be bound to re-purchase tendu leaves once sold to it.
