We have perused the final report dated 28 th January, 2025.
Before we hear further submissions of the learned Amicus Curiae and the learned senior counsel appearing for the State of West Bengal, we must record our appreciation for the role played by the Committee constituted by this Court. The Report will remain on record in a sealed cover.
We have also perused the note for hearing submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the State as well as compilation of documents.
We permit the learned senior counsel appointed as Amicus Curiae to submit a detailed note containing their suggestions within a period of three weeks from today. Even the learned senior counsel appearing for the State can respond.
