Section 6(1)(a) in Rajasthan Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1991

(a)[Rules 7, 8, 13 and 15] [Substituted by No. G.S.R. 4, dated 16.4.2002 [18.4.2002].] shall apply to an industrial activity other than isolated storage, in which there is involved a quantity of hazardous chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3 which is equal to or more than the [threshold quantity] [Substituted by No. G.S.R. 4, dated 16.4.2002 [18.4.2002].] specified in the entry for that chemical in Column 3 ;
