Read the communication dated 31st December, 2020, forwarded by the Ad hoc District Judge-1, Shrirampur, seeking further four months' extension to dispose of the matter. The learned Judge has informed that though the regular functioning of the Court started since 1st December, 2020, but the applicants, non applicants and their respective advocates are not attending the Court regularly.
In view of the above difculty and since no harsh action can be taken against the litigants in the light of the SOP issued by the High Court, the extension of four months, as sought by the learned Judge is granted.
Inform the learned Judge accordingly.
