In this petition, the petitioner has challenged her transfer to the Govt. Senior Secondary School, Uchana Mandi, Block Uchana, District Jind, vide the impugned order dated 06.09.2017 (Annexure P-3), on the ground that as a matter of fact the said transfer order shows her to be currently working as a TGT/ DPE at the Govt. Senior Secondary School, Jind, whereas she had actually been transferred out from that school on 26.09.2016 and posted to the office of the District Education Officer vide the order, Annexure P-1.

The facts of this petition are almost identical to the ones in CWP Nos. 21328 and 21677 of 2017, which have been disposed of today upon an affidavit having been filed in those cases, stating therein that the orders of all those AEOs who are posted to the District Education Offices, are being reviewed by the Government.

Consequently, the impugned order in this case having been passed even without taking into consideration that the petitioner was not posted as a TGT/DPE at the Govt. Senior Secondary School, Jind, the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 09-10-2017 21:42:38 ::: CWP No.22694 of 2017 -2- petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner's case be also considered in the policy under review.

In the meanwhile, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed, unless it is cancelled by the respondents themselves in terms of the affidavit filed in Court today in CWP No. 21328 of 2017.
