3. It appears from the record that the name of Shri Yogesh Agarwal, Advocate is reflected in the cause list but the aforesaid counsel is no more. In order dated 17.05.2022 this fact was also mentioned and the notice was issued to the applicant. The notice was sent by registered post on 19.05.2022. Till today, the registry has not been received back. Therefore, it may be presumed that the notice has been served upon the applicant.
4. Because no one is appear on behalf of applicant, therefore, OA No. 434 of 2013 is dismissed in default.
