120. Apportionment of cost of scheme withdrawn or not sanctioned.
- In the event of a scheme being withdrawn or sanction to a final scheme being refused by the State Government, the State Government may direct that the cost of the scheme shall be borne by the Authority or be paid to the Authority by the owners concerned, in such proportion as the State Government may in each case determine.
