Section 46 in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
46. Admission to the place of counting.
(1)The Returning Officer shall exclude from the place fixed for counting of votes all other persons except -(a)the candidate or a person duly authorised in writing by him;(b)the person arranged by the Collector;(c)such persons to be known as counting officers and counting assistants as the Returning Officer may designate to assist him in the counting;(d)public servant on duty in connection with the election.
