Section 19(14) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(14)Any person eligible to receive legal aid and advice but unable to present an application in writing seeks aid and advice of the committee may be assisted in having his application prepared in the office of the Committee on the basis of instructions and information to be furnished by the applicant.
