We have heard Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the petitioner.
In view of Full Bench order of the Allahabad High Court dated 24th February, 2005 in Sarika v. State of U.P. and Ors., 2005 (4) ESC 2378 (ALL) which correctly holds that in absence of consent of the High Court, reservation under the provisions the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 cannot be operative.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
