Section 22(1) in Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961
(1)The Chairman shall exercise supervision and control over the acts and proceedings of all officers and servants of the Board, and, subject to the foregoing sections and subject also to such control and revision as may be prescribed, shall decide all questions relating to the service of the said officers and servants, and their salaries, allowances, benefits and privileges.
