Section 12(2) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(2)Any manufacturer who intends to manufacture for sale / offer for sale / stock, or exhibit for sale or distribute any bio-fertilizer other than those specified in the Scheduled-I shall make an application to the prescribed authority and the same shall be scrutinised by the Technical Committee appointed for this purpose by the Government and he recommended to the Government for final orders by notification by the Government in the manner prescribed.
