(3)All electric "Exit" signs shall be fitted with an auxiliary bulb capable of properly illuminating the sign; the bulbs shall be fed from dry batteries or accumulators, which shall be kept in proper working order, the switch of the auxiliary bulbs shall be fixed in an easily accessible position in the corridor and not inside the auditorium.
