Section 7(1) in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
(1)The Chief Inspector may suspend or revoke a registration certificate granted under this Act and may for that purpose require the holder of certificate by notice in writing to deliver up such certificate to it or to any other officer within such time as, may be specified in the notice.
