9. Appointment of Expert Committee by the Board and their Entitlements.
- i. The Board may constitute any number of committees, sub-committees, for such purposes as it deems fit for the efficient discharge of the duties and its functions consisting of full time/part time members.ii. The members of Expert Committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be entitled to such other allowance(s) or fee(s), as may be fixed by the State Government for attending the meeting(s) of the Committee or Board.iii. The Board may invite any person whose assistance or advice is considered useful to be obtained in performing any of its functions, and to participate in the deliberations of any of its meetings. Such person associated with the Board shall be entitled to get allowances, as prescribed by the Government.
