30. Payment of wages to a home-worker.
- Where raw materials are supplied to a home-worker at his home, the wages due to him shall also be paid at his home:Provided that an Inspector may, if he considers it expedient so to do in the circumstances of any case, specify, in respect of any home-workers any other place or places at which wages shall be paid.
