(a)Teachers who pave passed examinations conducted by recognised National Universities will be treated as possessing the equivalent qualifications up to the extent prescribed in Government of Bihar, Appointment Department's letter on. 3726-A, dated the 20th May 1948 and no. 7609-A., dated the 27th October 1948.
