Section 5(1) in Rules Under Section 15 of the Bihar Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1951
(1)If the building is to abut on a road, unless the site is of such shape that the frontage of the building can be made form parallel to the line of the road or as nearly parallel to the said line as the Chairman of the Sanatorium Local Authority may consider necessary; and
