Section 22(vi) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Compensation to Victims of Electrical Accidents) Regulations, 2018
(vi)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may, by general or special order, do anything not being inconsistent with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulties.
