Section 40 in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
40. Employees Provident Fund and Pensions.
- The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such pension or welfare schemes or Provident Fund or provide such insurance schemes as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be decided by the Executive Council.
