Section 8(9) in Punjab State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996
(9)In all matters like age of retirement, pay and allowances, benefit and entitlements, plus disciplinary matters, the Member-Secretary shall be governed by the rules as are applicable to the members of the Punjab Superior Judicial Service.
