42. officers of Government, Local authorities, etc., to assist.
- All officers of the Government, any local or other authority shall render such help and assistance and furnish such information to the Authority as it may require for the discharge of its functions, and shall make available to the Authority or any other officer authorised in this behalf for inspection and examination such records, maps, plans and other documents as may be necessary for the discharge of its functions.
