ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 11.12.2018.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers' Federation Limited, Chennai, has passed an order dated 02.12.2013 and the same has been despatched to the petitioner.
However, till date, the said order has not been challenged by the petitioner.
Therefore, according to the respondents, the petitioner is not entitled for ex-gratia pension.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.10268 of 2022 Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid order, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
