Section 40(1) in Andhra Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(1)The Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal shall obtain the prior approval of the State Government with regard to the following:(a)all matters pertaining to creation and abolition of posts;(b)all matters pertaining to pay and allowances of the officers and staff of the Appellate Tribunal;(c)permission for hiring of vehicles for official use;
