(1)The Chief Executive Officer or such other officer as may be entrusted with the custody of the store by him shall be responsible for its safety Such officer- in-charge of the stores will have to furnish a security for the amount as may be prescribed by the Board for the proper custody and safety of the stores and goods entrusted to his care.
