1. Mr. Paresh Dave, learned advocates for the petitioners has invited the attention of the court to the judgment and order dated 7.3.2017 passed by this court in Siddhi Vinayak Syntex Pvt. Ltd. v. Union of India and others rendered in Special Civil Application No.19437 of 2016 to point out that in more or less similar set of facts, this court has set aside the show cause notice as well as the impugned order-in-original.
2. In view of the aforesaid, Issue Rule returnable on 28th June, 2017.
