1 The learned AGP states on instructions that the fourth respondent - Committee will pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks from today. We accept the said statement.
2 It is only in the light of this statement that we are not initiating any action. We must put the fourth respondent to notice that in the event of non-compliance of the aforesaid statement, it may become a case of aggravated contempt. Place the petition high upon board on 14 th December 2018. A copy of order passed by the fourth respondent shall be produced for perusal of the Court.
