Section 38(2) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(2)The duplicate, triplicate and other copies must be exact reproduction of the original and of the original and bear the same date and must be certified by the executing parties to be true and the exact copies of the original should any discrepancy be detected, the presentant shall be required to reconcile it before the document is accepted for registration. If the original contains a map or plan or any annexure, a true and exact copy of such map, plan or other annexure shall be annexed to the duplicate, triplicate and other copies also.
