3C. Appeal:-
(1)Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Traffic Committee in granting or refusing to grant permission under section 3A may appeal –(a)in the city of Madras, to the Commissioner of Police; and(b)elsewhere, to the Collector of the district concerned.The decision of the appellate authority under sub-section (1) shall be final.
