Section 7(1) in The Orissa Saw Mills and Saw Pits (Control) Rules, 1993
(1)Licensing Officer shall give a list of persons along with the name of saw mills who have obtained licence for operating saw mills or for establishing and operating a saw mill, to the concerned Superintending Engineer of the Orissa State Electricity Board.
