Section 16 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
16. Restriction on voting. -
(1)No member of the Council shall vote on any matter in which he has any personal or pecuniary interest or if it relates to any Institution of which he is either a teacher or a member of the Managing Committee.(2)The President or the member presiding at a meeting of the Council shall decide any question arising under sub-section (1) and his decision thereon shall be final.
