235. Responsibility of owner, agents, managers, engineers, competent persons and officials.
- The owner, agents, managers, engineers, competent persons and officials shall each be responsible for securing effective compliance with the provisions relating to exploration or extraction of methane from coal seam, working or abandoned coal mine or part thereof.
