Section 132(2)(ii) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958

(ii)any legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, title, interest, obligation or liability or anything done or suffered before the commencement of this Act, and any such proceeding shall be instituted, continued and disposed off, as if this Act had not been passed.
