(5)In cases where the Board recommends implementation through the Public Private Partnership mode, it shall also indicate the possible extent and form of public financial support that the project may require in accordance with rule 12:Provided that in cases where the public financial support proposed is from the Central Government, the sponsoring agency may be advised to approach the appropriate agency of the Central Government.
