Section 40(3) in The Bodoland University Act, 2009
(3)The first Vice-Chancellor shall within three months or within such a longer period not exceeding six months as the State Government may, by notification direct, from the date of coming into force of the first Statues, the first Ordinance and the first Regulation cause arrangements to be made for constituting the first Court, the first Executive Council, the first Post-Graduate Board in accordance with the first Regulations.
